Ingredients

  • check1/2 of Sinless waffle & pancake mix
  • check3 tablespoons of sugar (or your favourite sweetener)
  • check4 tablespoons of melted butter (or plant-based butter for a dairy free option)
  • check2 large eggs (or vegan substitute)
  • check600 ml milk (or any plant-based milk for dairy free option)

Directions

Preheat all ingredients until smooth

Heat the pan on medium heat and lightly grease the pan with oil

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan

Cook the mix until bubbles form on surface and the edge begin to dry
