About This Recipe

A comforting gluten-free bread loaf baked with a soft interior and lightly golden crust. This versatile loaf slices beautifully for sandwiches, toast, or simple enjoyment with butter or olive oil, offering the familiar taste and texture of traditional bread in a gluten-free form. 

Ingredients

  • check1 1⁄3 cups Sinless Bread flour mix
  • check1 tablespoon baking powder
  • check1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • check3 tablespoons olive oil
  • check1 tablespoon Gluten-Free fast yeast
  • check3 medium eggs
  • check1⁄4 cup water

Directions

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Mix all ingredients together until the dough comes together.

Add olive oil and Shape the dough in your preferred mold, cover, and let it proof for 1 hour.

Once risen, brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle with seeds if desired.

Bake for about 1 hour, then cool on a rack. Slice and enjoy!
