Ingredients

  • check2 cups Sinless Bread flour mix
  • check1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • check1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
  • check2 teaspoons Gluten-Free dried yeast
  • check2 tablespoons olive oil
  • check1 cup lukewarm water

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth dough.

Knead briefly if needed, add olive oil, then cover the dough and let it rise for one hour.
